I found the book to be a good roadmap for beginning project managers as a reminder of project fundamentals. All too often the items mentioned aren't practiced.This complete reference manual is a must have for project managers who are not happy with being among the 80% of the project management community that is making 49% less than they should be, and are ready to obtain the vital skills and knowledge necessary to keep both their head above water.
With the work load on most PMs today, these fundamentals often go by the wayside. The steps discussed in the section beginning on page 82 regarding managing a project gives a complete outline to successfully manage a project from beginning to end.
